The Red Chef is a performance piece, which debuted at the Walker Art Center,
in Minneapolis, on May 11th 2001.
 

It is night in the museum of the dead. The slow procession of living trophies begins, an endless cycle of aborted dreams, incomplete lives. Tonight is different. Flann, himself a prisoner, will confront the Mausoleum's guardian. He will confront the Red Chef.
